Your data
What to do with my current data
Depending on the quality of your current data, fully entering an existing network into SchemaSuite can be extremely time-consuming. SchemaSuite allows you to import various types of files and build a network base from your existing data. Our development team consists of migration experts who can provide you with a quote for a custom data import process. The benefit of custom import is to offer consistency checks for your data, allowing you to validate it before importing.
Services we can offer
We are here to help you. If you need help documenting your network, we can provide you with a specialist to enter your changes into SchemaSuite. With our extensive experience in data entry, this collaboration will help us to make you aware of best practices in order to optimize your performance on our solution.
The format of the data produced
All data produced in SchemaSuite is stored in a single database that describes the entire topology. This database contains all attribute data for your objects, the description of their hierarchy, the description of their composition, and most importantly, their connectivity. A single centralized database for all your networks. All geographic data produced is exportable as a Shape file.
Concept of GIS compatibility
SchemaSuite natively integrates a complete GIS, allowing for ultra-simplified input of the most complex networks possible.
All geographic tables produced in SchemaSuite are standard spatial tables that can be used by simply dragging and dropping them into most GIS software on the market (Qgis, Esri, etc.).
Newis provides basic projects for the different GIS software included with SchemaSuite, offering you the possibility to define your own symbology for your projects. We also have GIS experts who can help you materialize the product of your imagination for optimal presentation of your mapping.
A single centralized database for all your networks. All geographic data produced is exportable to Shape files.
Cross-disciplinary tool
SchemaSuite and its three distinct business products are designed to allow different actors in your network to collaborate on a single platform. SchemaGeo is the core of the solution, describing your trenches and conduits, offering a wide range of tools developed in collaboration with surveyors to document your network with the desired precision.
The two business products SchemaFiber and SchemaElec rely on the infrastructure designed in SchemaGeo to precisely position each business cable in its proper conduit.
Project-based work
SchemaSuite offers cross-disciplinary project management for the three different business products. Project-based work allows you to plan for the future evolution of your network without harming the team that maintains your physically existing network in the field.
License
SchemaSuite works with floating licenses, regardless of the number of licenses you own, you can deploy the solution on as many workstations as necessary. Except for SchemaGeo, SchemaFiber, and SchemaElec require separate licenses. Two types of licenses are available for purchase or annual rental: edition and consultation.
Each license of SchemaFiber or SchemaElec owned entitles you to use SchemaGeo without incurring additional costs.

Our determination to provide a stable, intuitive, and ergonomic product is rewarded with each new license sale, and we are proud to count among our clients very diverse profiles:
